You are scheduled for a surgery or procedure at Carroll Hospital, a LifeBridge Health Center. We understand that the time around surgery can be stressful. We want to help you prepare for this by relieving some of your anxiety. Our team of anesthesiologists and nurse anesthetists are highly qualified professionals that intend to give you an exceptional anesthetic experience. Tailoring your anesthetic to maximize your safety and comfort are our highest priorities.

Your feedback is very important to us. On our behalf, a third party (SurveyVitals, Inc.) will send you a survey via text message or e-mail after your surgery. Most of these questions will be scored from one (worst performance) to five (best performance). Here are a few key points:

Sometimes it is hard to remember certain parts of the day. If you cannot remember or do not know how to answer a question, please select “Not applicable” instead of “Neither agree/disagree.”
